Waldemar Caban
Hearing Representative
Wally Caban has extensive experience as a Hearing Representative appearing before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Boards throughout Southern California. Wally is well versed appearing at court proceedings including trials, hearings, mandatory settlement conferences, expedited hearings and lien conferences.
Over the past ten years, Wally has gained valuable experience in the Workers’ Compensation legal process, serving both applicant and defense. This gives him a unique advantage in handling all aspects of his case files and developing a strategic plan of action for his clients.
Wally also served in the U.S. Army and was primarily stationed in Germany during his service.
