Andrew Lee

Andrew crafted his litigation and trial skills at Temple University School of Law, consistently ranked as one of the top trial advocacy programs in the nation. From there, he has successfully prosecuted and defended his clients at all stages of litigation including over 50 jury and bench trials in civil and criminal cases as well as hundreds of hearings before the workers compensation appeals board, administrative courts, arbitration, and mediation. Andrew has also successfully briefed and argued before the State Appellate Court upholding a jury verdict in favor of Andrew’s client, and has prosecuted claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and the Department of Fair Employment and Housing with successful results for his clients.

In addition to his litigation and trial experience, Andrew has lectured and provided management training on various employment-related issues including OSHA citations and appeals, Social Security mismatch, Labor Relations, and employment relations.
